Claim Justice Review
Claim Justice was established in 2022, presenting itself as a beacon of hope for victims of crypto scams. Claim Justice claimed to specialize in crypto recovery, offering a no-win-no-fee service, and assistance to individuals who had been scammed online.
Claim Justice also promised clients that their money would be retrieved through legal avenues. However, beneath this facade lay a deceptive scheme, preying on the very people who were already vulnerable.
On the 1st of July, 2024, the F.B.I. seized Claim Justice’s website due to serious allegations of wire fraud (online scam), and up until today, Claim Justice has not updated any of their customers about what is next. Their social media pages are dormant, and there is no way of reaching the company.
Claim Justice Review
Features: Our team contacted Claim Justice as if we were an interested client. We created a Gmail account that was not used for any other registration and left our details on their website, stating that we were victims of crypto scammers. We asked them how we could get our money back from the scam.
A few minutes later, we received an email from a member on the team, Omer Sason. Omer Sason then refused to talk over email and insisted to go on a phone call, but we declined. After a few emails then he agreed to offer his scam recovery services on an email.
Claim Justice asked us to pay a fee of 10% of what we claimed we lost, and I ask myself – If I was a victim of financial fraud, and I lost 50,000 and another victim lost 25,000, why do I need to pay more for the same process?
The payment details presented to us by Claim Justice is a bank account in Canada, under the company name “Ai Bi Tech Limited”, which had nothing to do with Claim-Justice at all!
We then asked to pay our fee by a credit card directly to Claim Justice and not to any other company. Here is their reply:
What should you do if you lost money to Claim Justice?
If you have lost money to Claim Justice, you should contact you bank and try to dispute the payment and leave bad reviews about them everywhere in order to pressurise them into sending your funds back.
If needed, you can always contact us directly at bodeniukguy@gmail.com, we will try and assist any victim of this scam.
